Heather Stephenson
Director and Principal Psychologist
Heather’s professional journey began in the Royal Air Force (UK), where she trained as a nurse and developed a strong foundation in healthcare, discipline and compassion.
After emigrating to Australia, she expanded her expertise – working as an Occupational Health Nurse across several large organisations and later transitioning into employment and rehabilitation services in both government and private sectors. During this time, Heather studied through Edith Cowan University and Murdoch University to qualify as a psychologist.
Her academic achievements include postgraduate credentials in Health and Safety, Human Resource Management and an MBA specialising in Change Management – a combination that underpins her broad, systems-level understanding of people, workplaces and wellbeing.
